1. Introductory Information

Foxsys s.r.o., Company ID: 07187181, processes personal data of data subjects in connection with its activities. The data is processed in accordance with European Union law, particularly in compliance with the requirements of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 - General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Employees

Collection of personal data of the Controller’s employees (name, surname, contact details, personal identification number, and other data necessary for establishing an employment relationship and related records and agendas), recording, storing this data on information carriers, using, sorting, or combining, making data accessible through transmission (e.g., providing information to the Social Security Administration), blocking, and destroying data using manual means.

Purpose of Processing: Compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations arising from special regulations (specifically Act No. 262/2006 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended, and others).

Customers

Collection of personal data of the Controller’s customers or their employees (name, surname, residential/business address, Company ID, VAT ID, contact details, and other data necessary for establishing a contractual relationship and related records), recording, storing this data on information carriers, using, sorting, or combining, making data accessible through transmission, blocking, and destroying data using manual means.

Purpose of Processing:

  • Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party
  • Compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations arising from special regulations

Suppliers

Collection of personal data of the Controller’s suppliers (self-employed individuals) (name, surname, residential/business address, Company ID, VAT ID, contact details, and other data necessary for establishing a contractual relationship and related records), recording, storing this data on information carriers, using, sorting, or combining, making data accessible through transmission, blocking, and destroying data using manual means.

Purpose of Processing:

  • Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party
  • Compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations arising from special regulations (specifically the VAT Act, as amended, and others)

Other Categories of Data Subjects

No external processor is used within the meaning of GDPR. Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.

4. Retention Period of Personal Data

In accordance with GDPR principles, personal data is retained in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes.

Retention of personal data beyond the legally prescribed reasons is subject to the consent of the data subject.

5. Rights of Data Subjects

The data subject is entitled to request information about the processing of their personal data, the purpose of personal data processing, categories of data processed, sources of personal data, the nature of automated processing, processors, recipients, or categories of recipients of personal data. The data subject has the right to correct or delete personal data, restrict data processing, object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent to personal data processing. Upon request to exercise rights, information on measures taken will be provided without undue delay, in any case within one month of receiving the request. If the data subject believes their right to personal data protection has been violated, they have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk.
