Purpose of Processing:

• Performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party
• Compliance with the Controller’s legal obligations arising from special regulations (specifically the VAT Act, as amended, and others)

Other Categories of Data Subjects

No external processor is used within the meaning of GDPR. Personal data is not transferred to third countries or international organizations.

In accordance with GDPR principles, personal data is retained in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes.

Retention of personal data beyond the legally prescribed reasons is subject to the consent of the data subject.

The data subject is entitled to request information about the processing of their personal data, the purpose of personal data processing, categories of data processed, sources of personal data, the nature of automated processing, processors, recipients, or categories of recipients of personal data.
